What goes into your products?
We use growing medium, seeds, water, and light. That's it! No fertilizers or pesticides.
When do you deliver?
We deliver each week on Saturdays between 9am - 1pm in order to minimize the number of trips taken and miles driven.
As Erbs Etc. grows and routes get longer, we may provide additional delivery windows for you to choose from.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Do your products come with storage instructions?
All products should last at least 7 days if refrigerated. When the weather is particularly hot or cold, we ask that you provide a cooler outside your front door on delivery days to prevent spoiling or freezing. We recommend rinsing your microgreens before use.
What if I have an issue with my order?
We do not accept returns but if you contact us at support@erbsetc.com, we will work with you to determine if a refund or other action is warranted.
